You are getting the ENTIRE house. TWO (2) night minimum stay. One night see below.

RATES are $118/nt double (two people), $10 per each extra person maximum 7 people. After 4th night, (5th night and beyond) your entire booking is reduced 10%, 20% after 12 days and 25% after 18 days. We will negotiate on longer stays! (1) night bookings (see below).
Tennessee State Sales Taxes of 9.25% is in addition to the the final booking total.

PETS. $45 pet fee for each pet for inside pets. We accept 1 possibly 2 Dogs (and birds in a cage), NO CATS, with the following stipulations. Inside we allow small, mature, well behaved pets. They must be over 2 years of age, not more than apx. 20 lbs and they must have there own sleeping pads or beds. NO sleeping in our beds or in chairs. They MUST be in cage or carriers if you leave and do not take them with. Large Pets are allowed at the Red Farm House, but must be housed in a facility we have prepared for this purpose apx. 10 yds behind the house. Under roof, wood floor, cedar shavings.

Just Need One Night? We accept one (1) night bookings during the week (for Monday-Thursday). We only accept a weekend one night the day or so before the date needed. $45 cleaning fee.

We accept MasterCard and Visa for booking. Your card is not charged until all information is confirmed with you. Initially and upon confirming your information by phone you will be charged one (1) night, the first nights stay. The remainder at your departure. Long stays (two weeks or more) a 25% of total, deposit, will be charged after confirmation of your booking. Not refundable if cancelled less than 30 days of proposed arrival.

If you need a longer stay, say a month or more, we are open to negotiate a price.

We will try and accomodate what you need to make your stay pleasant. If you have special needs or desires let us know and we will meet them if we can. We are pretty laid back and hope you will be also.
