You are getting the ENTIRE house. No matter if you are using one, two or all three bedrooms. TWO (2) night minimum stay.

Rates are $95 per night double (two). $15 per each extra person, maximum of 6. After 5 days your entire booking is reduced 15%, 20% after 12 days and 25% after 18 days. We will negotiate on longer stays! There are no cleaning fees (except one (1) night bookings, see below) or hidden fees.
Tennessee State Sales Taxes of 9.25% is in addition to the the final booking total.

Just Need One Night? We accept one (1) night bookings ON AN ON-CALL BASIS (call first) but, one (1) night bookings will be charged a $45.00 cleaning fee.

We accept MasterCard and Visa for booking. Your card is not charged until all information is confirmed with you. Initially and upon confirming your information by phone you will be charged one (1) night, the first nights stay, then the remainder on or before departure. Long stays (two weeks or more) a $250.00 deposit will be charged at time of booking.

Cancellation policy: Go to "Check Availability ..." below for policy and charges you may be responsible for.

If you need a longer stay, say a month or more, we are open to negotiate a price.

Old Log buildings are on the place and some Old Logs are for sale.

Stay Down On The Farm is more like a Hostel than a Motel. This Farm Rental has the feel of a comfortable home. Every one that visits says the same thing "This is so peaceful".

We will try and accomodate what you need to make your stay pleasant. If you have special needs or desires let us know and we will meet them if we can. We are pretty laid back and hope you will be also.
