You are getting the ENTIRE house. No matter if you are using one, two or all three bedrooms. TWO (2) night minimum stay.

Rates are $118 per night double (two). $12 per each extra person, maximum of 7. After 4th night, (5th night and beyond) your entire booking is reduced 15%, 20% after 12 days and 25% after 18 days. We will negotiate on longer stays! There are no cleaning fees (except one (1) night bookings, see below) or hidden fees.
Tennessee State Sales Taxes of 9.25% is in addition to the the final booking total.

Before you book. Let me answer a frequently asked question. Pets are not allowed in the house! Sorry to all the responsible pet owners but irresponsible ones have messed, broken, chewed this up for the rest of you. Pets are allowed on the farm, but must be housed in a facility we have prepared for this purpose apx. 10 yds behind the house. Under roof, wood floor, cedar shavings.

Make your booking and we will contact you usually with hours of your booking and take any other information pertinent to your stay with us.

Just Need One Night? We accept one (1) night bookings during the week (for Monday-Thursday). We only accept a weekend one night the day before the date needed. One (1) night bookings will be charged a $35.00 cleaning fee.

We accept MasterCard and Visa for booking. Your card is not charged until all information is confirmed with you. Initially and upon confirming your information by phone you will be charged one (1) night, the first nights stay, apx. 10 days before arrival. The remainder at your departure. Long stays (two weeks or more) a $500.00 deposit will be charged at time of booking. Not refundable if cancelled within 30 days of proposed arrival.

If you need a longer stay, say a month or more, we are open to negotiate a price.

Thanksgiving and Christmas of 2010 are blocked but not booked. You must book at least 5 nights for either of those holidays (of course if you only want to stay 4 and pay for 5 that would be perfectly ok). Price is the same, no extra charge. Call or e-mail you request for those times.

We will try and accomodate what you need to make your stay pleasant. If you have special needs or desires let us know and we will meet them if we can. We are pretty laid back and hope you will be also.
