There are lots of good places to stay in Nashville but what we offer and what they offer are totally different. Peace and quite, when you walk outside you see trees and not buildings, wildlife and not people. Not only is this a good place to stay while visiting Nashville but there is so much to see and do both North and South of Stay Down On The Farm and Dove Cottage.

You are getting the ENTIRE house. TWO (2) night minimum stay. One night see below.

RATES are $128/nt double (2 people) (maximum 8 people), $10 per night each extra person. We can negotiate on longer stays! (1) night bookings (see below).
Tennessee State Sales Taxes of 9.25% is in addition to the the final booking total.

PETS. $45 pet fee for each pet. We accept 1 possibly 2 Dogs (and birds in a cage), NO CATS, with the following stipulations. Inside we allow small, mature, well behaved pets. They must be over 2 years of age, not more than apx. 20 lbs and they must have there own sleeping pads or beds. NO sleeping in our beds or on the couch or chairs. They MUST be in cage or carriers if you leave and do not take them with.

Make your booking and we will contact you usually with hours of your booking and take any other information pertinent to your stay with us.

Just Need One Night? We accept one (1) night bookings during the week (for Monday-Thursday). We only accept a weekend one night just a day or so before the date needed. $45 cleaning fee.

We accept MasterCard and Visa for booking. Your card is not charged until all information is confirmed with you. Initially and upon confirming your information by phone you will be charged one (1) night, the first nights stay. The remainder at your departure. Long stays (two weeks or more) a 25% of total, deposit, will be charged after confirmation of your booking. Not refundable if cancelled less then 30 days of proposed arrival.

If you need a longer stay, say a month or more, we are open to negotiate a price.

We will try and accomodate what you need to make your stay pleasant. If you have special needs or desires let us know and we will meet them if we can. We are pretty laid back and hope you will be also.
